Requirements

  • Male
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electromedical Engineering
  • Must have an active STR (Registration Certificate)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Supervisor in the Medical Devices industry
  • Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Detail-oriented
  • Willing to travel out of town if required
  • Own a motorcycle or car
  • Placement in Jakarta

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Organize the activities and effectiveness of Technical Support in – making visits to customers for maintenance and product checks including Service Contract / Warranty Care / Preventive Maintenance
•⁠ ⁠Ensure all teams get a mapping of the area that must be managed
•⁠ ⁠Organize scheduling for pre-installation along with the installation of equipment
•⁠ ⁠Give guidance and feedback to Technical Support related to product repair and checking
•⁠ ⁠Helping to respond to customer problems and complaints that the team cannot handle
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the Principle related to existing activities and obstacles
•⁠ ⁠Provide product knowledge training to the team periodically or make training schedules to related principles
