PT. Polaris Alkes Starindo is a company specialized in supplying and serving medical equipment devices in Indonesia. Our humble beginning started with one man desire to improve Indonesia hospitals condition in Jakarta and throughout Indonesia nationwide. It was 1988; Jakarta was growing city with more than eleven million population. This period, Indonesia enjoyed great years of economic growth and prosperities; attracting investors from all over the world. Since than, our founder put his vision in contributing his thought for Indonesian future health sectors

PT. Polaris Alkes Starindo began to develop its distribution business and procure Medical Equipment for Regional General Hospitals in DKI Jakarta. This is the first achievement achieved by the company and has several hospital outlets subscribing.

Exclusive Distributor KaWe and Insausti Product

In this year, PT. Polaris Alkes Starindo is developing its distribution activities by becoming the exclusive distributor of several KaWe and Insausti Health Equipment Product Brands. KaWe is Germany brand that focused at medical equipment like Stethoscope, Othoscopes, Ophtalmoscopes, and many more. This is the next achievement that reached by Polaris. At the future, Polaris hope will continue to be an exclusive distributor of other brands.

Exclusive Distributor of Burlodge and Physioled Product

PT. Polaris Alkes Starindo has again been entrusted to be the exclusive distributor for products from the Physioled and Burlodge brands. Physioled is Italy brand product which mainly focused on creating electrosurgical and some equipment for physiotherapy. Burlodge is a company that focuses on trolleys in the health sector. Polaris is trusted to be the exclusive distributor of their products, and always develop distribution activities by becoming an exclusive distributor with other companies procuring medical equipment for Indonesia

Distributor, Certification and Procurement

PT. Polaris Alkes Starindo is entrusted to be one of the Philips Distributors in the Jakarta area. Polaris also received ISO 13485 certification and succeeded in procuring medical equipment for 110 hospitals under MOD and 50 Bhayangkari hospitals. This achievement is quite satisfying from Polaris and is a motivation for the company to become the best medical equipment distributor company in Indonesia

Exclusive Distributor Mak & Certification

PT. Polaris Alkes Starindo achieved achievements and received CDAKB certification from the Ministry of Health for distribution and quality control activities and ensuring that the medical device products distributed meet the requirements set according to their intended use. Polaris also started cooperation with MAK (Mega Andalan Kalasan). Mak is a company that provides Hospital Furniture such as patient beds, trolleys, and others. Polaris becomes the exclusive distributor of MAK products.

Exclusive Distributor Gloreha Product

In 2022, PT. Polaris Alkes Starindo became one of the exclusive distributors for products from the Gloreha brand. Gloreha devices are the most advanced, effective and user-friendly combination of technology to support motor rehabilitation of the upper limb and neurocognitive recovery. Serving patients, doctors, therapists: through therapies and protocols that accompany all stages of the rehabilitation process, Gloreha devices promote the functional recovery of patients and their reintegration into daily life.

Exclusive Distributor GE Healthcare and ISO Certification

This year, PT Polaris Alkes Starindo succeeded in collaborating with GE HealthCare products as its exclusive distributor. Polaris also received ISO 13485: 2016 Medical Device certification in Jakarta which was handed over directly by PT BSI Indonesia.

On Monday, October 21, 2024, PT. Polaris Alkes Starindo celebrated its 10th anniversary. The event took place at the West Java Ballroom, The Westin Jakarta Hotel, Indonesia.
